Pepper Poppers
Ingredients:- 8 oz cream cheese
- 4 oz shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 oz shredded Monterey Jack
- 6 pieces of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 lb fresh jalapeños
Slice jalapeños in half and seed. Mix the remaining ingredients and stuff with fingers into jalapeños. Bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes. ~ Andrea To make a suggestion, fill out our feedback form. |
