Beer Bread
Ingredients:- 3 cups self-rising flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 stick of salted butter (1/2 cup) or margarine
- 1 12 oz. can of beer
Melt butter and pour enough to cover the bottom of loaf pan. Mix flour, sugar and beer in large bowl and spoon into loaf pan. Pour the remaining melted butter over the top and bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
